Time vs Reward: Is Checkpoint XP Worth It?

For most users, a first test should take about 5 minutes if they only connect a wallet. A fuller session with a deposit and market action may take 10–25 minutes.

Our view is simple: the first connection and basic product test offer a fair time-to-effort ratio because the direct cost is low. Daily trading is less attractive. Spending 10–25 minutes each day for 25 XP makes sense only for users who enjoy testing the marketplace. The final reward remains unknown.

The points aggregator supports EVM-compatible addresses. Users can also search supported ENS names and other integrated identifiers. A wallet connection is not required for a public balance lookup.

Wallet access is required when creating or filling market offers. The testnet runs on Arbitrum Sepolia. Checkpoint says gas is abstracted and testnet USDC is mintless, so users should not need to bridge funds or manage gas for the basic testnet flow.

Bridging means moving money from one blockchain to another. There should be no reason to send real assets to an unknown address for this testnet campaign.

Basic wallet checks and published testnet actions are expected to cost $0. The platform currently runs on testnet, and its flow is designed to hide gas management from users.

Market activity can still include protocol rules such as collateral, cancellation fees, settlement fees, and deadlines. Exact fee amounts may depend on the selected market and remain TBA where they are not shown in the interface.

Collateral is money locked as a safety deposit. It may be returned when the trade settles correctly, but it can be affected by missed deadlines, shortfalls, or other market rules.

How a Checkpoint Exchange claim may work
