1. Eligibility & Compliance

By using this site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Sanctions Compliance: You are not a resident of, or located in, any country subject to comprehensive sanctions by the US (OFAC), EU, or UN (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Crimea region).
  • You will not use this Service to facilitate illegal money laundering or sanctions evasion.

2. Airdrop Participation Risks

AirdropBuzz aggregates information about crypto opportunities. However:

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that following our guides will result in receiving tokens. Projects may change rules, rug-pull, or cancel airdrops at any time.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. Never share your private keys or seed phrases.

3. Accounts, Dashboard & Scan Limits

Some features, including saved items, watchlists, comments, ratings, dashboard tools, and AI risk scans, may require a registered account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login access secure.

  • Free AI risk scans and other tools may have daily limits, abuse controls, and temporary restrictions.
  • Premium limits may be added later, but no premium entitlement is granted unless explicitly offered and purchased.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or use automation to bypass limits, rate controls, or security checks.

4. AI Tools, Scores & Public Reports

AirdropBuzz may provide AI-assisted tools, potential scores, public risk reports, market summaries, and safety checklists. These outputs are informational and educational only. They are not investment advice, security certifications, legal opinions, or guarantees that a project is safe, legitimate, profitable, or eligible for an airdrop.

  • AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or based on limited public signals.
  • Public AI risk reports may be indexed by search engines and shared through report links.
  • You must independently verify official links, smart-contract permissions, documentation, social accounts, and project claims.
  • Never submit seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or other secrets into AirdropBuzz tools.

5. User Content, Comments & Submissions

If you post comments, ratings, project submissions, articles, news, event details, or other content, you grant AirdropBuzz a non-exclusive right to host, display, edit for formatting, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate and protect the Service. We may remove spam, phishing, impersonation, abusive content, unsupported claims, or content that creates legal or safety risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Service without permission.
  • Attempt to bypass security features, rate limits, or geo-blocking measures.
  • Post malicious content, spam, or phishing links in contact forms or community sections.
  • Submit wallet secrets, private keys, seed phrases, malware, exploit payloads, or intentionally deceptive project links.
  • Misrepresent AirdropBuzz scores, AI risk reports, or editorial content as an endorsement, guarantee, or official project verification.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on AirdropBuzz (text, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AirdropBuzz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any airdrop information. We are not responsible for financial losses incurred by interacting with third-party smart contracts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirdropBuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
