REP has a live reputation points system, but there is one big catch: no REP token or airdrop has been announced. Right now, you can connect your existing crypto and social history, unlock achievements, build your network, and move up REP's public rankings. For active DeFi users, traders, NFT holders, and past airdrop farmers, much of the useful work may already be done. The AirdropBuzz Team sees this as a low-effort points campaign, not a confirmed token farm.
This airdrop guide was reviewed by the AirdropBuzz research team, who have completed dozens of Solana and DeFi airdrops.

| Question | The AirdropBuzz Team Verdict |
|---|---|
| Is the REP airdrop confirmed? | No. REP has not announced a token or airdrop. |
| Are REP points live? | Yes. Achievements, activity, connections, and rankings are already live. |
| Is there an allocation? | TBA. |
| Is there a TGE date? | TBA. TGE means token generation event, or the point when a token officially launches. |
| Who may have an edge? | Users with real crypto history, useful social connections, past DeFi activity, NFT holdings, and strong invitees. |
| Worth doing? | Yes for the free setup. We would not spend heavily just to chase REP points while token rewards remain unconfirmed. |
| Test Area | Score | What We Found |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | 8/10 | The main loop is simple: connect accounts, check history, claim achievements, and build connections. |
| Time Required | 8/10 | A basic pass is short. The grind grows if you have many old wallets and achievements to check. |
| Cost | 8/10 | Most profile building starts free, but paid achievement claims can lower the value of chasing small point gains. |
| Reward Clarity | 4/10 | REP points have a ranking role today, but there is no confirmed token conversion. |
| Fairness | 8/10 | Historical activity and weighted invites favor real users more than simple click farming. |
| Overall | 7.2/10 | Interesting low-cost speculation, but the token upside is still only speculation. |
What is REP?
REP is a portable reputation platform that turns your past onchain activity, achievements, accounts, and connections into a reputation profile. Onchain simply means activity recorded on a blockchain. Instead of treating every new app as a blank account, REP tries to show what you have already done across crypto and social platforms. Its current product includes REP points, achievements, rankings, and social connections. REP says its wider goal is to let people carry proof of their history between apps without exposing all of their raw data. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
For airdrop hunters, the interesting part is the scoring. Your older activity can matter without you repeating it. That is called retroactive scoring: REP looks back at things you already did. Examples can include trading, providing liquidity, holding NFTs, claiming earlier airdrops, and taking part in crypto communities.
Founder verification is less clear. REP's public website does not name a CEO or lead founder. The development team has not publicly disclosed their identities. Public REP channels identify Danny as Head of Growth and have listed Danny and Rizwan Ali as team contacts, but we could not verify either person as REP's lead founder, so we are not assigning them that title. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
Our Experience Joining REP
The AirdropBuzz Team tested the public REP route and mapped the gated setup flow rather than signing paid transactions from our research browser. The referral profile resolves into the live REP app, with account linking and profile building becoming the main path once you sign in.
Our grind test counted eight main actions: open the app, connect X, check your starting profile, connect wallets, add other useful accounts, review achievements, explore community or discovery features, and build your referral network. The clicks are easy. The slower part is remembering which wallets contain your best history and checking which achievements are actually worth claiming.
For a normal user, we would budget about 10–20 minutes for the first pass. Someone with several wallets, years of decentralized finance activity, old NFTs, prediction-market trades, and many social accounts could spend 30–45 minutes doing a cleaner setup. DeFi means decentralized finance: crypto apps for trading, lending, or providing liquidity without a normal bank.
The invite system is also more interesting than a standard referral counter. REP has described Social REP as being weighted by the quality or rank of people entering your network. In simple terms, one active crypto user may matter more than a pile of empty accounts. REP has also used extended referral-network scoring in its Social REP system. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
Time vs Reward: Are REP Points Worth It?
REP is strongest when you already have history to import. A trader who used Polymarket or Hyperliquid, supplied liquidity on Aave, Uniswap, or Curve, claimed older airdrops, or held useful NFT collections may have more to uncover than a brand-new wallet. An NFT is a blockchain-based collectible or ownership record.
That makes REP different from a grind where everyone starts with the same daily check-in. Part of the score comes from things you already did. The active side then rewards current actions such as linking accounts, claiming achievements, joining relevant spaces, and bringing useful people into your network.
How to earn REP points
We would focus on high-signal actions first. Connect wallets with real history. Add social accounts you actually use. Check your strongest achievements before tiny ones. Then work on connections. REP has publicly described its scoring as tied to real activity and impact rather than only raw clicks, and its existing leaderboards have tracked onchain and social reputation. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}
The reward side is the weak point. REP points currently improve your reputation profile and ranking. There is no announced conversion rate, token allocation, snapshot, claim amount, or TGE. In money terms, the expected token reward is TBA. Do not treat displayed REP points as future token balances.
Our approach would be simple: spend the free 10–20 minutes if you already have good history. Be much stricter when a badge costs money. Gas is the blockchain fee paid to process a transaction. A small REP boost may not be worth a paid claim when no token reward has been promised.
Risks & Things to Watch
- No confirmed airdrop: The biggest risk is simple. REP may never turn its points into a token distribution.
- No token details: Supply, ticker, allocation, snapshot rules, TGE date, and point conversion are all TBA.
- Paid achievements: Check every transaction before paying gas. We would not chase low-value badges only because they award points.
- Wallet privacy: Linking more addresses can reveal more of your public crypto history in one profile. Only connect accounts you are comfortable linking together.
- Bad wallet requests: A normal profile connection may ask you to sign a message. Be careful if you see an unexpected token approval. An allowance means letting an app spend your tokens.
- Referral gaming: Weighted scoring means spam invites may not help. Sybil farming means creating fake or low-value accounts to game rewards, and reputation systems are designed to make that harder.
- Scoring can change: REP is an active product. Achievement values, connection weights, rankings, and available tasks can change before any future token event.
- Region rules are TBA: No token claim exists yet, so final country restrictions or eligibility rules have not been announced.
DYOR before connecting wallets or paying any fee. DYOR means “do your own research.” Always confirm links through REP's official website or social accounts before signing anything.
How to qualify for the REP airdrop
There are no official REP airdrop eligibility rules because the airdrop itself is not confirmed. The steps below are for building REP points and reputation in case that history matters later.
Build Your REP Profile
Already have years of crypto activity? Connect your history, check your achievements, and see where your REP profile ranks. No token reward is guaranteed.
Join REP & Check Your PointsReferral disclosure: This is an AirdropBuzz referral link. If your connection affects Social REP, The AirdropBuzz Team's profile may receive REP points. This does not change your cost. REP has not confirmed a token or airdrop.
REP Airdrop FAQ
Is the REP airdrop confirmed?
No. REP has a live points and reputation system, but it has not announced a token, token airdrop, allocation, or claim event. Any future airdrop is still speculative.
How do you earn REP points?
REP points can come from verified achievements, wallet and social history, connected accounts, onchain activity, and social connections. Invites can be weighted by the quality of the people who join rather than only the number of signups.
Does REP have a token?
No REP token has been officially announced. The token ticker, supply, point conversion, allocation, snapshot, and TGE date are all TBA.
Is REP free to use?
The basic profile and account-connection flow can be started without buying a token. Some achievement claims may require an onchain transaction and gas fee, so check the wallet prompt before paying.
Who is eligible for a future REP airdrop?
Official token eligibility rules have not been announced. Building REP points may help if the project later rewards reputation holders, but there is no guarantee that points, rankings, referrals, or achievements will convert into tokens.
