HoodTracker turns crypto posting into a live contest. It scans public X posts containing $HDTX, measures their reach and engagement, and gives each creator a score. The Genesis Campaign has a confirmed reward pool, but there is a catch: earning points alone is not enough. Users must also hold $HDTX in a linked wallet to qualify. That makes this more costly than a normal social airdrop, so read the risks before buying anything.
This airdrop guide was reviewed by the AirdropBuzz research team, who have completed dozens of Solana and DeFi airdrops.

| Airdrop verdict | Confirmed campaign with clear scoring, but buying and holding $HDTX adds major financial risk. |
|---|---|
| Best for | Active X creators who already understand Robinhood Chain and token trading. |
| Not ideal for | Zero-spend farmers, private X accounts, or users who dislike posting in public. |
| Reward certainty | The 30% reward pool is stated. Each user’s final $HDTX amount is TBA. |
| Risk level | High. Qualification requires holding a live and highly speculative token. |
| Test area | Score | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding | 8/10 | The referral link opens a simple three-step onboarding flow. |
| Point transparency | 9/10 | The scoring formula, bonuses, trust range, and post cap are public. |
| Task quality | 7/10 | Real reach matters more than repeating low-value posts. |
| Cost | 4/10 | Posting is free, but holding $HDTX and paying gas are required for the drop. |
| Team transparency | 4/10 | No verified founder or public development team was found. |
| Overall test score | 6.8/10 | Interesting for creators, but the token-holding rule changes the risk. |
What is HoodTracker?
HoodTracker is an AttentionFi platform on Robinhood Chain that scores X posts and ranks creators on a public leaderboard. AttentionFi means rewarding people for measurable online attention, such as views, likes, replies, and reposts.
Its Robin Tracker Indexer scans qualifying posts containing $HDTX. An indexer is software that collects and organizes public data. The system then combines reach, engagement, support activity, bonuses, and an account trust factor to calculate points.
HoodTracker also offers token trading, staking, AI-made HoodPacks, project campaigns, and a token launchpad. It is an independent community project. It is not owned, sponsored, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets.
The development team has not publicly disclosed their identities. We did not find a verified CEO, lead founder, LinkedIn profile, or public developer account tied to the project. This weakens the project’s E-E-A-T score and should be part of your risk check.
Is the HoodTracker airdrop confirmed?
Yes. HoodTracker calls its first reward event the Genesis Campaign. The official campaign material says a public development wallet containing 30% of the token supply will be distributed among qualifying contributors.
This is not a points campaign waiting for an unknown future token. $HDTX already has a published contract address and can be traded on Robinhood Chain. The official contract shown by HoodTracker is:
0x44Ac7802f6Ec8Ae2507f246B669A4158e8d3478a
At the time of The AirdropBuzz Team’s review, the homepage displayed a snapshot for July 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. A snapshot is a saved record of your points and token balance at a set time. Campaign dates can change, so check the live countdown before spending money or posting.
The exact amount each user will receive is TBA. The method for claiming or receiving the tokens is also TBA.
Our Experience Joining HoodTracker
The AirdropBuzz Team opened the supplied referral link and confirmed that it redirects to HoodTracker’s onboarding page. The first screen is marked “Step 1 of 3” and asks users to verify their X account.
The X connection is described as read-only. The page says HoodTracker will not post from the connected account. We still recommend reading every permission before approving it.
The public leaderboard was available without connecting a wallet. It showed creator ranks, post counts, support activity, reach, and scores. This makes it easy to study what successful users are doing before joining.
We also checked the scoring rules against the live leaderboard and official docs. The rules are detailed, but we spotted one point of confusion. The homepage says points update every four hours, while the docs say the 24-hour board refreshes about every two minutes and longer views refresh every five to ten minutes. Expect delays and keep screenshots if a post is missed.
We did not buy $HDTX or sign a wallet transaction during this editorial test. That means our test covered the referral path, onboarding screen, public leaderboard, task rules, network instructions, and published qualification system.
How to earn HoodTracker points
Original X posts containing the exact text $HDTX are the main source of points. HoodTracker scores each qualifying post with this formula:
Post points = reach × 1 + likes × 20 + reposts × 40 + quotes × 40 + replies × 30 + bookmarks × 25
Each post is capped at 100,000 points. Your total is then adjusted by a trust factor between 0.5× and 1.1×. Accounts that look automated or spammy may receive a lower factor.
| Action | Published points | Main condition |
|---|---|---|
| Original $HDTX post | Based on reach and engagement | Must be public and contain $HDTX |
| Quality support reply | 50 points | Must pass the quality check |
| Follow @hood_tracker | 1,000 points once | Account must be connected |
| Share a HoodPack | 10,000 points once | Keep the required HoodPack phrase in the post |
| Valid referral | 5,000 points each | New user must meet the referral checks |
A valid referred account must be new to HoodTracker, at least 30 days old, have 100 or more followers, and not be flagged as a bot. Both sides are listed as receiving 5,000 points when the referral qualifies.
Copying the same message many times is unlikely to help. Posts with little reach earn very little, and low-quality replies may receive no points. One useful post with a clear image or real opinion has a better chance than ten rushed posts.
HoodTracker airdrop eligibility
There are two parts to eligibility. First, users need leaderboard points. Second, they need $HDTX in the wallet linked to their HoodTracker account.
The published allocation model is:
Your points × average $HDTX balance = your share of the drop
An average balance means HoodTracker checks how much you held across the campaign, not only at the final snapshot. Buying right before the deadline may carry less weight than holding through more of the campaign.
No minimum $HDTX balance has been published. The final allocation per user is TBA. HoodTracker also has not published a full list of supported or blocked countries. Its terms say users must be of legal age, follow local laws, and not be in a sanctioned or prohibited location.
Time vs Reward: Is $HDTX Worth It?
Basic setup should take around 10 to 25 minutes. Creating posts that gain real reach takes much longer. Users with an active crypto audience have a clear edge because views form the base of the scoring formula.
| Task | Estimated time | Friction |
|---|---|---|
| Open referral link and connect X | 2–5 minutes | Low |
| Connect wallet and add Robinhood Chain | 5–10 minutes | Medium |
| Bridge ETH to Robinhood Chain | 5–15 minutes | Medium to high |
| Create one useful $HDTX post | 10–20 minutes | Medium |
| Generate and share a HoodPack | 5–10 minutes | Low |
| Build reach and engagement | Ongoing | High for small accounts |
The campaign may be worth testing for creators who already post about Robinhood Chain. The scoring formula rewards real reach, and the one-time bonuses give new users a starting boost.
It is a weaker deal for users who must buy $HDTX only to qualify. Token price losses could be larger than the final reward. The reward amount is unknown, so there is no safe way to calculate a return. Treat the token purchase as a high-risk trade, not an entry fee that you expect to recover.
Risks & Things to Watch
Holding $HDTX is required
You can earn leaderboard points without buying the token, but the official rules say wallets with zero $HDTX receive no drop. This creates direct market risk.
The team is not publicly verified
No named founder or development team was found on the official site or social accounts. Anonymous teams are common in crypto, but they leave users with fewer people to hold accountable.
No public smart contract audit was found
HoodTracker’s terms warn that contracts used through the interface may not have been audited. Use a separate low-balance wallet and never risk funds you need.
Leaderboard timing is unclear
The homepage and docs show different refresh times. Posts may take time to appear. Make sure your account is public and your original post contains the exact $HDTX ticker.
Referral rewards have strict checks
New accounts, small accounts, and accounts flagged as bots may not trigger the 5,000-point referral bonus. Sending the link does not guarantee points.
Robinhood branding can cause confusion
HoodTracker runs on Robinhood Chain, but it is independent from Robinhood Markets. Do not treat the name or network choice as an endorsement.
Claim instructions are TBA
The snapshot and reward pool are described, but the final claim page, distribution date, and gas needs have not been announced. Follow only official channels and ignore claim links sent through replies or private messages.
