Purchases and Subscriptions

  • Use the app's restore purchases option if a paid entitlement is missing after reinstalling, changing devices, or updating the app.
  • iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play subscription settings.
  • Billing, refunds, and cancellation windows are handled by the store where the purchase was made.

Data and Deletion Requests

  • PulseEarn stores app data locally by default. You can remove local entries from the app or by uninstalling the app.
  • If you enabled cloud sync, use the contact page to request deletion of cloud backup data associated with your app install or support details.
  • Do not send financial account passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets in support messages.
