PulseEarn Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the PulseEarn mobile app published by AirdropBuzz. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.
1. App Purpose
PulseEarn helps users track income streams, deductions, earnings progress, goals, reminders, and related personal finance estimates. The app is informational and organizational only. It is not financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.
2. Subscriptions and Paid Features
- Paid features may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, or supported billing providers.
- Prices, trial availability, subscription length, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to the applicable store terms.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Use the restore purchases option in the app to restore eligible entitlements on a device using the same store account.
3. Your Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of income, deduction, goal, and reminder data you enter. Calculations and projections depend on user-entered values and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the app to store passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or other secrets.
- Do not attempt to bypass purchase checks, abuse cloud sync, reverse engineer protected services, or interfere with app operations.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Third-Party Services
PulseEarn may use app-store billing, RevenueCat, cloud sync infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, or notification services to operate app features. These services may process limited technical or purchase-related data under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
PulseEarn is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirdropBuzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made using app calculations or projections.
